Big day for Donovan!

Donovan completed all his steps today for the Tiger Cubs and was awarded his Bobcat patch. Tom got to paint his honor stripes on his face, which he did not want to wash off for school pictures tomorrow.

Family Time

We spent last Saturday at Sea World with the kids. Ethan was finally tall enough to ride Journey to Atlantis and Austin waited to ride Kraken for the first time with his dad. The weather was beautiful and we all had a blast!

Last Day in CA!

None of the boys made it on the podium Saturday night but they are all still Champs to us. We are so proud of them for making it to the INT US Championships! Donovan ended up being the 2nd to youngest competitor by just a few months out of over 450 there for the week.

Donovan's Final Run on Friday!

Day Three!

Donovan and Christopher had their final runs on Friday. Christopher did not have as good of a day as the one before, but got great air. Donovan did two awesome power slides. He really got the crowd into it, waving and blowing kisses to all. Tommy tried a toeside backroll on the demo lake. Austin and Ethan had fun playing with everyone in the lake. We enjoyed dinner with a few of the pros to end the day.

Day Two in CA!

What a long day! All 3 boys rode today. Donovan had a great run, no falls and even did new tricks (not on his list so the points did not count) but we will change that for his run tomorrow so he gets credit. Christopher had stand up run and plans on surprising us tomorrow with a few new things. Tommy did not have such a good day, he had a few good falls and even took one good spill where he came right out of his bindings. No matter where the boys fall in the standings we are very proud of them all!

US Championships in CA - Day one
