Way to go Tommy!
Tommy finished 11th place in the U.S. Championships. We are so proud of him! He had a perfect run but lost the rope on his wild card trick. The entire experience was fantastic. We made a lot of new friends out there and hope to see them again next year.

Day Two!
WOW, what a long, nerve racking day. We showed up at the lake at 7:30 AM. Tommy did not compete until around 3:30 PM. He had a slow start while adjusting to the wake, but once he got his groove he hit all his tricks right on. We are so proud of him and look forward to another great run on Saturday. Sorry I don't have a lot of pictures of him, but I had a hard time watching and shooting. The ones posted are at the end of his run while doing the victory yank. We ended the day with a great dinner with Team South Carolina.

1st Day at INT Nationals
Beautiful opening ceremony. Tommy did not compete but had fun and met wakeboard legend Shawn Murray! We enjoyed cheering for Team South Carolina. Tommy's big day one is tomorrow.

A Day of Rest
We spent the day at our hotel in Bakersfield CA. The kids played in the pool. We enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones. Opening day starts tomorrow.
LEGOLAND!
What a great day! The boys have already asked "when can we go back". Pictures just can't decribe what these people can make with Legos. We are now in Bakersfield. Tommy's runnung order will be on Thursday and Saturday. We will keep you updated.

Southern California
We spent the day cruising the Los Angeles coastline, hitting the touristy hot spots since none of us except a 13-year-old Holly have been here before. We walked the Santa Monica pier, drove through Malibu on the Coastal Highway, got some Pacific Ocean shots, cruised Sunset Boulevard into Beverly Hills and Hollywood, then headed south toward San Diego. Tomorrow: Legoland!

California!
We made it to LA today. We spent the afternoon and evening with my Aunt Ursula. The last time I had a visit with her was about 24 years ago. We plan to spend Sunday sightseeing.
